Digital Products (One-Time Purchases)
Because our products are delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. If you have not yet received or accessed your product, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
Monthly Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Stripe billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months.
Exceptions
We handle disputes on a case-by-case basis. If you received a product that was materially different from what was described, or experienced a technical failure that prevented delivery, contact us and we will make it right.
