Instant digital products are eligible for support and correction if the delivered files are materially broken, missing, or do not match the purchased listing.
Pilot and installed offers are reviewed before work begins. If scope is not accepted, payment should not be taken through the pilot request flow.
If something is wrong with a delivered order, contact [email protected] and include the order email or delivery link so we can investigate fast.
We aim to make legitimate delivery issues right quickly through correction, replacement, or refund when appropriate.
